Yes, the Caress with carrier adapter and Zenith Relax with carrier adapter models fit most luggage carriers between 120-180mm wide (tubes must be round and between 10-20mm diameter). For fitting instructions please see the following instructional videoWATCH NOW

If your bike isnt fitted with a pannier/carrier rack fitted you will need to choose either the Kiss, Zenith Relax or Caress model baby seats. These models mount onto the bikes frame at the seat tube using a fastening bracket. Your bike needs to have room on the seat tube area to mount the fastening bracket and the frame diameter between 28-40mm. Please note, some bikes like dual suspension bike may not have room to fit this bracket. For fitting instructions please see the following instructional videoWATCH NOW

Hamax supplies additional fastening bars for smaller frame sizes. We also supply bars that allow the seat to be raised up or lowered down. Every model comes with the required tools for fitting so you shouldn’t need any aditional tools.

Hamax baby seats are designed for children 9 months and weighting up to 22 kg's. Please note, both rider and child must wear a well fitted Australian standards approved helmet by law.

Hamax does make a lockable fastening bracket which can be purchased seperately or comes standard on the Caress seats.

Additional fastening brackets are available to purchase from the accessories section , this will allow you to easily move your seat between bikes

Hamax trailers are intended for transportation of children on public roads with light traffic, footpaths, and smooth dirth paths. Riding on rough off-road conditions is considered unintended use and can void the warranty.

The Outback model uses 600D waterproof polyester fabrics so will keep your passengers fully drying wet condtions. The Avenida and Traveller use water resistant materials which will handle light-medium showers for a period of time.

Hamax Trailers are designed for children 6 months and weighing up to 22kgs. Please note, both rider and child must wear a well fitted Australian standards approved helmet by law when using the bike trailer setup.

For the safety of passengers we recommend not exceeding 24 km/h when towing your Hamax trailer behind a bicycle.

The Outback models can easily convert to a jogger by purchasing the additional Jogger Kit
